Shipping Policy & Guarantee

Since 2013 we have been shipping many types of plants to customers all over the United States. It can be a tricky shipping live plants but we are proud to say we are very good at it. We generally ship orders through USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 day shipping) with tracking numbers provided shortly after orders are shipped. We only ship live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to insure your order will get you before the end of the week and there is no chance of it sitting in a post office over the weekend and possibly drying out. Orders made early on Tuesdays generally go out the same day. Orders made by 11:30 AM Eastern Time on Tuesday and the rest of the week will be shipped the following Monday. We understand this may be a little long for some to wait. Please understand this policy is in place to make sure your plants arrive happy and not stressed.

We guarantee live healthy arrival. On the slim chance your plants arrive damaged or dried out due to mishandling or longer then expected delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a brief message and a photo clearly showing the condition of the plants within 48 hours of receiving them.
We will ship you a replacement free of charge or refund you for the total of plant(s), whichever you would prefer.
