Return & Cancellation Policies

We are pretty sure you will like what you have ordered but for any reason if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 day of receiving your order and let us know you would like to return it and get a refund. Water the ordered plant(s) and package them the same way you received them in the same box or a box of comparable size. Ship it back to us and provide a tracking number. Once we receive the returned order in good condition we will refund you the total of the plant(s) ordered.

If you have ordered and changed your mind and no longer want it. Please let us know before your order has shipped. We understand and have no problem cancelling un-shipped orders upon your request. If your order is in transit at the time of wanting to cancel you will have to ship it back to us to receive a refund. Before doing so please make sure all soil/root ball(s) are moistened and properly packaged. If plant(s) are dried out due to not watering before packaging or if plants are damaged due to jamming them in a much smaller box or improper packaging when we receive them we can not refund you. please take your time and package up the plant(s) with care as we did for you.
