A nice variety having yellow canes with green stripes in each inter-node and green foliage. Grows up to 20 foot tall with canes over 1 inch in diameter. This species is clumping so you don't have to worry about canes popping up in the middle of the yard away from the main clump. Once established in a big pot or ground, new canes will grow multiple feet every week. It grows best in full sun and well draining soil. A soil ph around 6.5 to 7.5 and cold hardy down to USDA Zone 8b (15 Degrees F). Will add color and depth to any garden or landscape. Also great as hedges or foliage screens blocking unsightly views.
