No Pole saw or ladder required, this palm is self cleaning meaning it sheds its old leaves. They grow well in full sun to partial shade. Liking regular watering in well draining soil and not picky about soil PH (5.1 to 7.8). This palm is cold hardy down 25 Degrees F, which is pretty good considering it is a crown-shaft palm. These palms look great planted individually or in groups of 3, anchors in large flowerbeds and planted on each side of walkways and driveways.
