Very Beautiful , briefly deciduous(loses leafs) to have the entire tree bloom Yellow flowers in early summer. Jacaranda trees are fast growers that reach 25 to 50 foot high and up to 30 foot wide. They are cold hardy down to USDA Zone 9a (20 degrees F) and as they get older and more established they can take lower temps. They are not to picky about soil ph (6.1 to 7.8) but they do they like regular watering in well draining soil. For good growing and flowering results it is best to plant them somewhere with full sun and regular watering. They work great as a stand-alone specimen tree, large anchor for a garden bed and lining the property borders.
